Portola Festival-San Francisco by Randal W. Borough. The Portola Festival was one of the first concerts held to celebrate San Francisco in the aftermath of the 1906 earthquake. The Festival lured people back to the City and was a showcase to lure national and international expositions to the City. San Francisco named its new music festival to commemorate the 1909 Portola Festival. Poster is linen backed. Minor discoloration/shading in lower right corner. A- condition. Beautiful art nouveau imagery featuring a festive woman holding flowers against the backdrop of the Ferry Building and other landmarks. Rare!
